Sports Power Infrastructure Student + Family Programs: Turning Sports Into a Gateway to Opportunity

Learn more about how Sports Power Infrastructure supports students and their families with real career pathways.

For generations, sports have taught young people how to compete, communicate, lead, and perform under pressure. Sports Power Infrastructure Student + Family Programs take those lessons beyond the field, connecting students and families to workforce opportunities, supplier pathways, community benefit investments, and real-world experiences.

The challenge is simple: billions of dollars are invested in infrastructure and economic development, yet many families do not know what opportunities exist, where to find them, or how to participate.

Sports Power Infrastructure is designed to close that gap.

From Sports to Careers

The School Age Career Readiness program gives students in grades 4–12 ten hours of sports-based learning focused on leadership, communication, financial literacy, personal strengths, and career exploration. Students discover pathways across energy, healthcare, technology, sports, construction, and manufacturing while learning where their abilities could take them.

Opportunity also requires informed families.

Coaches Clinics give parents and community leaders practical tools for conversations about careers, education, financial decisions, workforce opportunities, wrap-around services, and community resources. The objective is clear: help the people surrounding young people become better coaches for their futures.

Turn Potential Into Performance

The Sports Power Infrastructure Combine + Premium Experiences moves participants from learning to action. Students and adults complete athletic assessments, measure performance, engage with industry professionals, and gain exposure to semi-professional and professional sports experiences.

Sports Power Advantage goes deeper. Participants identify how they think, behave, and lead while documenting achievements, certifications, community service, and professional accomplishments. These verified credentials can contribute to their Sports Power Rating and create a clearer picture of their strengths.

Connecting Families to the Infrastructure Economy

The bigger vision is not simply career education. It is local economic participation.

Sports Power Infrastructure uses sports as a familiar starting point for connecting communities to the workforce, suppliers, employers, services, and community benefit investments surrounding major industries and projects.

Students discover what's possible. Families learn how to coach them forward. Communities become better connected to opportunity.

Sports gets their attention. Opportunity gives them somewhere to go next.
